Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel your appointment. To accommodate other clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the loss of your consultation fee.

If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a "no-show", and your payment will be forfeited.

How to Cancel

  • Provide your booking reference
  • Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment

Late Arrival Policy

While we recognize that delays can happen, we aim to maintain timely appointments to respect all our clients' schedules.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and your payment may be forfeited.

  • Inform us of your estimated arrival time
  • We will do our best to accommodate you

General Terms

  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking
  • Confidentiality: All sessions are completely confidential
  • Respect: We maintain a sacred space and ask for mutual respect
  • Recording: Recording of sessions is not permitted without prior consent
  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule with 24 hours' notice
